Cast Resin Transformers

Our transformers have windings made of aluminum foil in the insulation temperature class F. insulated medium-voltage windings shall be non-combustible resin molded in a vacuum. The various layers of windings are further separated by insulating film. The whole process is computer controlled and controllable. The core consists of three columns and yoke made of ferromagnetic steel. The various components of the core is made of the elements cut out at an angle of 45 degrees, there will be a reduction of losses, and the sound emitted by the transformer.
